Creating a Goal Board
CREATING A GOAL BOARD EXERCISE
Please read the instructions below to create either an online or physical board. The idea behind creating a goal board is that when you surround yourself with images of what you value, who you want to become, what you want to have, how you want to live, and where you want to go on vacation, you plant the seed of change so that your life evolves to match those images and desires. You will actually attract people, opportunities and resources that will further you along your path towards your goals. Trust us, this stuff really works!

Free Pinterest account

Create a Pinterest account if you don’t have one already at www.pinterest.com. Then log on to Pinterest and create a new board
Have fun searching for images, words or quotes that represent or symbolize the experiences, feelings, and objects you want to attract into your life
Pin anything that resonates with you and makes you feel good
When you feel ready, go through your pins and begin to note your favorites and remove any pins that don’t feel right anymore, remembering that there is beauty in simplicity and clarity
If you feel inclined to do so, customize your board even further by uploading personal pins, such as joyful photos of yourself, from your computer
Sharing your vision with others makes it stronger.
At this point, you might want to print out your board and place it somewhere in your home where you’ll see it often or take a screenshot of your board (Press Command + Shift + 3 on a Mac) and save that image as your screensaver on your computer or phone.
