Over the last 10 years at Google, myself and my team have attended hundreds of hours of corporate trainings. When I saw what Vanessa and Lisa did differently, and heard about the other Fortune 500 clients they have worked with that have had tremendous success, I knew I had to hire them to bring something unique. Vanessa and Lisa’s presentation to Women@Google was engaging, energizing and had a powerful impact. I will bring Vanessa and Lisa in again hands down.

I found the MBA workshop to be life changing. In our “go, go, go” and “busy” culture, I found it highly useful to take the time to reflect. The session taught me to be more mindful of my reactions to challenging situations. Lisa and Vanessa’s productivity strategies are very helpful – I am now able to achieve more in a shorter period of time. After only a 75 minute MBA workshop, I walked away with a refreshed mindset and strategies that I could apply to my work and personal life right away.

MBA Formats
Over 12,000 people have participated in MBA’s 30 Day Meditation Challenge. A recent HBR article titled The Busier You Are, the More You Need Mindfulness discusses how corporate mindfulness programs can reduce stress, increase engagement, improve sleep and even save companies money in the long term. Forbes describes how Aetna saved $2,000 per employee in healthcare costs, and gained $3,000 per employee in productivity by implementing a mindfulness program.

There are both in-person and online versions of the MBA Program. Corporations can choose from the 30 Day Meditation Challenge, a single module, half day or full day workshop or a series of sessions taught over 6 weeks to 6 months. The online version can be delivered via phone, video, and written materials so employees can participate from anywhere in a way that works with their schedule.

60 Minute Lunch & Learn: How to Lean In Without Burning Out - Why Mindfulness Matters

Have you ever stayed late at work or made a huge effort to “get credit” for going the extra mile, even when it wasn’t really necessary or didn’t improve your overall outcome?

Do you often feel as though you’re rushing around from one task to another without enough time to get everything done, let alone do the things that matter most to you?

Would you like to learn how to lean in without burning out?

Vanessa and Lisa lead this eye-opening session aimed at teaching you the most common traps that high achieving women fall into around time and how you can start to take responsibility for creating an entirely different relationship with time, one that will change your life.  In this session, you will learn how to go from feeling overwhelmed and exhausted to creating success with ease.  You will walk away with practical tools and action steps to manage your time more productively and lead a more fulfilling life.

60-90 Minute Workshop: Turning Your Inner Critic Into Your Inner Coach

We all have an internal dialogue and near constant chatter that goes on inside our minds. For many of us, this voice inside our heads is critical and demanding, leaving us feeling depleted and as though we’re never good enough. However, research shows this critical voice can be tamed and there’s a deep wisdom within each of us that can be accessed when we’re mindful.

This session will focus on using mindfulness as a tool for noticing the inner judge and then consciously shifting its dialogue to be more compassionate and supportive.

While many of us have a belief that we “need” this inner critical voice to push us to be successful, research shows the opposite is true. Cultivating a strong inner coach actually strengthens willpower and allows us to take greater risks in pursuit of our goals.

You will walk away from this session with a better understanding of the origins of your inner critic, and a deeper connection with your inner coach, as well as tools to shift from critic to coach on demand.

1 Day Offsite: High Potential Women's Leadership Program

This one day offsite harnesses the power of conscious goal setting, visioning, mindfulness and gratitude to support women leaders in creating breakthrough goals that are aligned with their values. According to the Harvard Business Review, women face a unique set of challenges in the workforce. Specifically, women score lower on "envisioning" the future, a critical skill set for a high impact leader. This one day off site will teach women a proven step by step process for envisioning their future success, while harnessing the unique power of peer support. Each participant will leave with greater clarity as well as concrete goals and action steps to make their vision a reality.

In order to take control of our conditioning and create a paradigm shift in which women step into their authentic power as leaders, it is necessary that we invest in high potential women leaders and teach them the tools to make this possible.
